Team Headshot

Staff headshots can take place on-location at your office or another location of your choice. For teams working remotely, new hires, or small teams, my Patchogue headshot studio is available for sessions. Group sessions are billed per person. All Team headshots include one retouched photo person with the option to purchase more afterward.  I also include onsite instant delivery.

Group sessions are billed per-person with the price going down in tiers.

For teams of 1-9 people, $200 each
It is recommended that you set aside one hour for shooting time. This is available in our studio or on location at your office. It includes one retouched image of each person and on-site delivery. 

First 10 people, $150 for each person  $1,500 
It is recommended that you set aside one hour for shooting time. This is available in our studio or on location at your office. It includes one retouched image of each person and on-site delivery. 

The second set of 10 people is $130 per person (11-21) plus the 1st 10 $1,500
It is recommended that you set aside one hour for shooting time. This is available in our studio or on location at your office. It includes one retouched image of each person and on-site delivery. 

The third set of 10 people is $110 per person (22-32)  plus the 1st 20  $2,800
It is recommended that you set aside two hours for shooting time.  This is available in our studio or on location at your office. It includes one retouched image of each person and on-site delivery. 

The fourth set of 10 people is $95  (33 or more), plus the first 30 is $3,900
It is recommended that you set aside two hours for shooting time. This is available in our studio or on location at your office. It includes one retouched image of each person and on-site delivery.

Will you also shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?

Absolutely! No matter what size team or staff you have, I can photograph the whole team together or break it up into groups by department. Whether you need an image of everyone together or photos of the individual departments or teams, I've got you covered. I typically will include one group photo in any team shoot at no additional cost, with additional groupings being billed at the same price as an extra individual (see prices above).

Do you offer headshots at events?

We specialize in photographing headshots at events! Whether it’s part of an expo or an annual meeting, we can create great-looking headshots on demand for many people. In addition, we offer lead generation, individual selection and delivery, photo booths, and event photography for whatever type of event your company is taking part in. 

What color ground do you use?

Although most clients elect for a simple white, grey, or black background (definitely classics), I can offer a range of solid colors, gradients, or even custom digital backgrounds tailored to your business.

Can you match headshots we have taken previously?

Many companies have headshots that match their branding but want to work with a new headshot service provider. I can work with photographers from other markets to match their images and provide any file type, format, or crop as is necessary to keep the consistency in the look and feel of your existing team headshots. If you can provide us with an image you want us to match or an example of a style you like, I can take care of the rest.

What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?

Office work has changed dramatically over the last few years. Some teams are made up of remote workers; others work in industries that keep the team in and out of the office at random times. We offer straightforward solutions for companies facing the challenge of getting everyone together. Often, we start with a trip to the office to photograph headshots of some of the staff, then follow up with a custom online calendar to allow remote employees to schedule their sessions in my studio at their convenience. Whatever the situation, we make it seamless so that everyone gets a great-looking headshot consistent with the company brand.
